What We Do

Web design, SEO, and support, handled by one person who actually cares about the result.

I don’t sell websites and disappear. I build, support, and grow them. That means three things: I Build your website, I Support it so nothing breaks, and I Grow the traffic that actually fills your calendar. That’s the whole offer.

The Framework

Each service makes the next one stronger.

Most agencies sell a website and disappear. The site sits there. Nothing happens. That’s why I built the whole thing around Build → Support → Grow: a good build is easier to support, a supported site is healthier to grow, and the growth is what makes the build pay for itself.
Step 01
Project

Build

A custom website designed around your business and how your customers actually buy. Built to convert. Built to rank.

Step 02
Monthly

Support

Updates, security, backups, performance, and small fixes. The boring stuff that keeps your site running while you run your business.

Step 03
Monthly

Grow

SEO, content, and local search work that puts you in front of buyers month after month.

Step 01 · The foundation

Build.

A custom website designed around your business, your customers, and how they actually buy. Built to convert. Built to rank in Arlington, Dallas, and the rest of DFW.
No templates. No outsourcing. Every build starts with a real conversation about your business and ends with a website that does a specific job: bringing in work. The technical stack is fast, the SEO foundation is solid, and the design isn’t just pretty. It’s pointed at turning visitors into customers.
What’s included
  • Strategy & discovery. Your business, your buyers, your competition.
  • Custom design. No templates. Designed around your customers.
  • Conversion copy. Written to get the phone ringing, not to win awards.
  • On-page SEO foundation. Schema, structure, speed, accessibility.
  • Mobile-first responsive. Looks right on every device.
  • Analytics & tracking. Set up so you actually know what's working.
  • Launch & training. Go live with confidence, plus a walkthrough.
Best for: service businesses that need a real website built once, built right. Not another template some agency slapped together and disappeared.
Step 02 · Keep it running

Support.

The boring, important work that keeps your website running so you never have to think about it.
Most agencies disappear after launch. I stick around. Plugin updates that don’t break things. Security monitoring. Daily backups. Uptime checks. Performance tuning. And the small fixes that come up. A typo. A broken link. A new staff bio. All handled the same week, every week.
What’s included
  • WordPress core, theme & plugin updates. Tested before they go live.
  • Daily backups. Offsite, with one-click restore if anything goes wrong.
  • Security monitoring & malware scans. Issues get caught early.
  • Uptime & performance monitoring. I know if it's down before you do.
  • Small content edits. Text changes, new images, staff updates. Included.
  • Monthly report. What was updated, what's working, what to watch.
  • Direct access to me. Text or call. No ticketing system.
Best for: any service business whose website is part of how they get work. Even sites I didn't build. If it's WordPress, I can support it.
Step 03 · Bring in the work

Grow.

Local SEO, content, and Google Business Profile work that puts you in front of buyers in your service area, month after month.
A site nobody finds isn’t doing its job. Grow is the monthly work that turns your website into a customer-acquisition machine. Keyword research. Content built around the questions your buyers are actually asking. Local citations. Google Business Profile optimization. Consistent technical SEO. One client went from 300 to 1,500+ organic visitors a month over three years. That’s the goal.
What’s included
  • Keyword & competitor research. Going after searches that convert.
  • Local SEO. Ranking in Arlington, Dallas, and the cities you serve.
  • Google Business Profile management. The lever most agencies ignore.
  • Content built around buyer questions. Written for humans first. Search second.
  • Local citations & directory cleanup. Fixing the NAP inconsistencies hurting you.
  • Technical SEO maintenance. Schema, speed, crawl issues, internal linking.
  • Monthly reporting. Rankings, traffic, what moved and why.
Best for: service businesses ready to stop relying on word-of-mouth and start showing up when people in their area search for what they do. SEO isn't a sprint. Plan on at least 6 months.
Productized Option

Need a website without the months of back-and-forth?

Traditional builds take 6 to 12 weeks. The One Day Website model compresses the same strategic work into one focused build day, backed by a structured prep process that handles strategy, content, and decisions in advance.
Most Popular

Website in a Day

Design Day = one focused workday.
$4,000
or 4 monthly payments of $1,000

A fully designed, fully responsive, ready-to-launch website built in one dedicated workday. Same strategic depth as a 6-week project. The difference: everything except the build happens up front, so Design Day is pure execution.

What you get
  • Up to 6 custom pages, fully responsive
  • 60-minute discovery call to lock in sitemap & strategy
  • Custom client portal for content collection
  • 6 hours of design time on your Design Day
  • 2 hours of revisions at end of Design Day
  • Training videos for managing your site
  • 2 weeks of email support after launch
Typical timeline
  • Day 0: Inquiry → instant proposal
  • Day 1–3: Contract signed, project booked
  • Week 1: 60-min discovery call
  • Weeks 1–4: Content collection via portal
  • Design Day: Full build in one day
  • +14 days: Email support window

Inquiry to live site: typically 4 to 8 weeks. Motivated clients can finish in 2.

Most clients add Website Shield ($99/mo) for ongoing maintenance, security, and updates. Optional. Billed separately. And to date, zero Shield sites have been successfully hacked.

How a project actually goes

Four phases. No surprises.

Whether you’re starting with a fresh Build, a Support handoff from another agency, or jumping straight into Grow, every engagement follows the same shape.
1

Discovery call

We talk. Honestly. About your business, your customers, your competition, what's worked, what hasn't. I figure out whether what you actually need is what I do. If it isn't, I'll tell you. No quote until I understand the job.

2

Strategy & scope

A clear written proposal. What's included, what isn't, what it costs, and a timeline that's honest about the work. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you say yes.

3

Build (or onboard)

If it's a Build engagement, this is the design and development phase with regular check-ins. If you're starting on Support or Grow, this is the onboarding pass. Audit, fix the urgent stuff, and document everything so nothing falls through the cracks.

4

Run the system

This is where most agencies disappear. I don't. Monthly Support keeps the site healthy, monthly Grow brings in new work, and you have direct access to me when anything comes up. Month after month. Year after year.

Honest Fit

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

I’d rather tell you upfront than three weeks in. Here’s the honest version of who I work best with, and who’s probably better off somewhere else.

✓ This is for you if…

  • You run a service-based business and need the phone to ring
  • You want one person who actually does the work, not an account manager
  • You're playing the long game. Months and years, not weeks
  • You're frustrated with your current site or your last agency
  • You want straight answers, not pitch decks
  • You're in DFW or comfortable working remotely with a Texas-based studio

✗ Probably not the right fit if…

  • You need the cheapest possible site. I'm not a race to the bottom
  • You expect SEO to produce results in 30 days. It doesn't
  • You want a 50-person agency with account managers and tiered support
  • You're running a complex enterprise platform that needs a full dev team
  • You want to micromanage every decision. I work best with trusted scope
  • You want someone to lie to you about quick wins. I won't
The Work Compounds

Common Questions

The stuff people ask before they reach out.

How much does this cost?
Honest answer: it depends on what you actually need. A Website in a Day is $4,000 flat. Custom Builds vary based on scope. Monthly Support and Grow plans are flat-rate, so you know what you're paying every month. No surprise invoices. The fastest way to get a real number is the project inquiry form. It takes about two minutes and I'll come back with a real quote, not a placeholder.
How long does a new website take?
For a standard Build with strategy, custom design, and a proper SEO foundation, plan on 6 to 8 weeks. If you need to move faster, the Website in a Day productized offering compresses the build into a single Design Day after a structured 2 to 4 week prep phase. Most clients go from inquiry to live site in 4 to 8 weeks total.
Will you work on a site you didn't build?
Yes. Most agencies won't touch a site they didn't build themselves. That's one of the main reasons people come to me. If you're frustrated with your current setup, I'll take the call, look at what you have, and tell you honestly what's salvageable, what isn't, and what a real path forward looks like. Support and Grow both work on inherited sites.
How long until SEO actually works?
If anyone promises you quick SEO wins, they're either lying or doing something that'll get you penalized later. Realistically: plan on at least 6 months to see meaningful rank movement on competitive terms, and 12+ months for the compounding effects. The Polson case study went from 300 to 1,500+ monthly visitors. That took three years of consistent work. SEO is a relationship, not a sprint.
Do I have to bundle Build, Support, and Grow?
No. They work better together, but they don't have to come together. Some clients start on Support only because they already have a site they like. Some jump in on Grow because their site is fine, it just isn't getting found. Some start with a Build and add the others later. Pick what you need now. The system is designed to flex.
What about contracts? Am I locked in?
Monthly Support and Grow plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. I'd rather keep clients because the work is good than because they're contractually trapped. Build projects work on a standard fixed-scope agreement so we both know what's being delivered and when.
Who actually does the work?
Me. Just me. No account managers. No junior designers handed your project. No offshore teams. You text or call me directly and I'm the one doing the actual design, code, SEO, and content. That's not a marketing claim. It's the whole business model. It's also why I keep my client list small enough that everyone gets real attention.
Let’s Talk

Now you know what I do. Want to see if it fits?

Tell me about your business and what you’re trying to accomplish. Whether that’s a Build, monthly Support, ongoing Grow, or all three. I’ll get back to you within one business day with an honest take on whether what I do is what you need.
