It only moves when you ask
There is no bot logged into your site on its own. You type a request, it does that one thing, and it stops. When you are not asking for something, nothing is happening.
It acts as you
It uses the same administrator access you already have. It cannot do anything you could not do yourself after logging in, and nothing more.
Nothing publishes behind your back
You review every change before it goes live. You are always the one who hits publish.
Everything is reversible
Every change is saved first, so you can undo it with one click. And you can disconnect the AI anytime, which cuts off its access that second.
How it actually works
PressConduit does not come with its own AI. You connect an AI account you already control, like Claude or ChatGPT. When you ask for something, your AI sends that one instruction to your site through PressConduit, the change is made using your access, and the result comes back to you.
So there is no mystery robot running your website. The AI is a helper that waits for your instructions. You are the one driving.
What leaves your site, and when
Your site talks to your AI through a secure relay, which is just the connection that carries your requests back and forth. Here is the honest rundown of what gets sent.
- Only when you ask. If you do not make a request, nothing is sent. There is no constant stream of your data going anywhere.
- Only what the request needs. Ask it to edit your About page and it works with your About page. It is not vacuuming up your whole site in the background.
- Proof it is really you. Each request carries a token that proves it came from your connected account, so no one else can send commands to your site.
- Your AI, your account. The AI side runs under your own Claude or ChatGPT account and their terms. Your data stays in your accounts.

Undo on anything
Every change is saved first. Not happy with an edit? Tell it “undo that” and it puts things back the way they were.
You approve before it is live
The AI shows you what it did. You look it over and decide. If it is wrong, you tell it what to fix.
Tied to your account
Access is bound to the administrator who connected it. It cannot hand itself more power than that account already has.
The off switch is yours
Remove the connection anytime from your dashboard and the AI loses access immediately.
