Why Outsourcing Usually Hurts

You've been burned by white-label work before. I know.

Most agencies have a horror story. The contractor who ghosted at 70% complete. The overseas team that delivered Divi code held together with !important. The “expert” who needed every Divi quirk explained twice. That’s what makes you reluctant to hand work off, even when you’re underwater.

They poach your clients

You introduce them, they get cozy, and six months later your client is paying them direct. The whole reason you white-label is so this doesn't happen.

The code is a mess

Inline styles everywhere. Plugin soup. CSS that breaks the first time the client edits a section. You spend more time cleaning up than you would have building it yourself.

They disappear mid-project

Replies slow from hours to days to never. Your timeline slips. Your client emails. You're now the agency owner debugging a Divi build at 11pm.

What you actually want

A partner who picks up the phone, ships clean code, and never tries to be the hero in front of your client.

The kind of relationship where you can hand off a brief on a Tuesday and have a real proposal by Thursday, where the dev work disappears into your process so smoothly your client never knows there were two of us.

Who I Am

A solo specialist who's deep enough in Divi to have built tools for it.

I’m Dyllon. I run PC Designs out of Arlington, TX, and I’ve been building production WordPress and Divi sites since 2015. Agencies have been part of my client mix from year one.
I’m not a generic “WordPress freelancer.” I’m a Divi specialist who builds custom WordPress functionality when projects need it. I built Divi Conduit, a WordPress plugin that exposes around sixty Divi and WordPress functions to AI assistants over MCP. That’s the depth I work at.
When you partner with PC Designs, you’re not getting an account manager who funnels work to a junior. You’re getting me, doing the work, in your tools, under your brand.

Three Ways To Work Together

Pick the level that fits your agency.

Most agency partners use more than one. Some hand off full builds and keep the strategy in-house. Some only need development from approved designs. Some bring me in just for care plans. Mix and match as the project demands.

How The Partnership Works

No friction. No surprises. No client poaching.

01

I work in your tools

ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Notion, Slack, plain email. Wherever your team lives, I show up. No "you have to use my portal."

02

White-label by default

No logo on the deliverables. No signoff in the code. No outreach to your client. If you ever want me on a call with your client, it's your call to make and I show up as your team.

03

Quote in 2 business days

Send the brief. Same-day reply confirming I got it. Real fixed-price proposal within two business days, or an hourly estimate if scope is genuinely fuzzy.

04

Your timeline, not mine

If your client expects a launch on the 28th, I work to the 28th. If your scope shifts mid-build, we adjust without drama. Agency work runs on agency timelines.

05

Clean handoff every time

Documented build, organized library, no plugin soup, no inline-style spaghetti. Your team can edit it after I'm gone without a treasure hunt.

06

I stay in my lane

I'm not pitching your client retainers. I'm not "checking in to see if there's more work." Your relationship with your client is your relationship, full stop.

The Divi Conduit Story

I'm the developer who built a plugin that lets AI build Divi sites.

Most “Divi experts” you’d hire as overflow are page-builders. They know which modules to drag where. That’s fine for simple builds.
I built Divi Conduit, a WordPress plugin that exposes around sixty WordPress and Divi functions to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol. It manages layouts, templates, theme builder assignments, options, modules, theme files, WooCommerce, and more, with snapshot-based rollback on every change.
The point isn’t the plugin. The point is what it took to build it. I know Divi at the controller, schema, and option-level, not just the page-builder level. When your project hits the weird stuff — broken global presets, theme builder conflicts, custom modules, static CSS cache issues — that’s the depth I bring.

Divi Conduit

A production WordPress plugin that exposes Divi and core WP functionality to AI assistants over MCP, with snapshot-based rollback. Built solo. Sold to agencies and developers who want AI-accelerated Divi workflows without the platform owning their stack.

Common Agency Questions

What agency owners ask before they send the first brief.

Are you really invisible to my client?
Yes, that's the default. No logo on deliverables, no signoff in code, no outreach to your client, no name dropped in meetings. If you ever want me to appear as your team on a client call, that's your call to make. If you'd rather brand the work as mine, that's also fine. Your call, every time.
Will you ever pitch my client directly?
No. Client poaching is the fastest way to torch a referral business. Your client relationships are your relationships, full stop. I'm here to do the work you brought me in for.
What tools do you work in?
Whichever ones you live in. ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Notion, Monday, Jira, Slack, plain email, Loom for async review. I adapt to your process instead of asking you to adapt to mine.
How fast can you turn around a quote?
Same-day reply confirming receipt. Real proposal within two business days for fixed-scope work, or an hourly estimate within the same window if scope is genuinely undefined.
Do you only do Divi?
Divi is my specialty, but I do full-stack WordPress. Gutenberg, ACF, custom blocks, custom plugins, WooCommerce, light JavaScript work, REST and MCP integrations. If WordPress can do it, I can build it.
How are projects priced?
Fixed-price for defined-scope builds. Hourly for fuzzy scopes, retainers, or ongoing dev support. Care plans are monthly recurring at a wholesale rate so you can resell at your margin. Request a quote and you'll get specifics for your actual project.
Where are you based?
Arlington, Texas. I work with agencies across the US and abroad. Time zones haven't been an issue.
Send Me A Brief

Got an overflow project sitting on your desk right now?

Tell me what you’ve got. Same-day reply, real proposal in two business days, white-label by default. No high-pressure pitch. Just a builder who picks up the phone.
