Install and Activate

Divi Docs Maker installs like any other WordPress plugin. It runs on Divi 4 or Divi 5, with either the Divi theme or the Divi Builder plugin.

What you need

  • WordPress 6.0 or newer
  • PHP 7.4 or newer
  • Divi active, either the Divi theme or the Divi Builder plugin

Install the plugin

  1. In your dashboard, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin.
  2. Click Choose File and select your divi-docs-maker.zip.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

What happens on activation

Nothing on your site changes except the plugin turning on. Your pages, posts, menus, and design are left alone. Divi Docs Maker only registers itself and gets ready to build your docs section when you tell it to.

Where to go next

Right after activating, you will see two pointers to the same place: a welcome banner across the top of your dashboard, and a bold Set up link in the plugin’s row on the Plugins page. Both take you to PC Designs, then Divi Docs Maker. Head to Set Up Your Docs Hub next.

Tip

Divi Docs Maker lives under the PC Designs menu, not under its own name. If you ever lose track of it, look there.
